Ah, so you're now being serviced by AT&T?  :(  Funny how they're getting
the baby bells back.  And from what I heard of SBC pre-buyout, their
service is worse than BellSouth's, in general.  However, it sounds like
they're at least trying for you.  That's encouraging.

Have they replaced the $7m switch with the DSLAM in it yet?  :) *grin*

Boy, talk about your elusive problems.  That's an experience I'm glad I'm
not having.  I surely don't envy you.

Let us (or at least me) know what it is when you find out?  I'm curious now
as to what it could be.
