OT: I Need Help From Windows Experts

For about a year and a half I've been able to use Windows XP on
my ThinkPad to download stuff from the InterNet and then xfer it
to my SCO OSR[56] system using FTP (actually NcFTP).

For the last week I haven't been able to get NcFTP or FTP on my
ThinkPad to get connected to any FTP server.

I'm pretty sure it's due to an inadvertant change in one of my
Services settings, but I can't figure it out.

Any help out there ???
