That's exactly my point. Setting up -one- is fine. But I connect to God
only knows how many machines. A good way to clone things (that doesn't
involve connecting to the host you already have configured) would seem to
be in order, to me.

Actually, it's both A and B. :) I'm -not- your typical user. Ask my
admin at my ISP. Hell, ask anyone that's seen me work. *chuckle*
I disable the ruler and status bar. Just want a terminal emulator to act
like an xterm would, basically. I know a lot of people that use the ruler
in vi as well--I can't stand that either. Clutter on my screen is just
distracting.
