We are in the NYC area (west in NJ) and pay double what you are making for
an expert programmer/sysadmin/hardware guy... who is, in my opinion worth
more than we can pay. (but it will go up as time goes on.) Hopefully, he
won't read this, and look for more now! :-)
Incidentally, on a stroke of complete luck we got him through an ADV: on
this mailing list... (along with at least 3 other well-qualified
applicants).
