I strongly prefer "stty intr '^C' erase '^H' ", setting control-C
to the interrupt since many (most) keyboards don't send the DEL
character when pressing the DEL[ETE] key while they all send the
proper code from control-C. As far as I remeber, SCO was about
the only one to use DEL for interrupt while the rest of the world
uses control-C.

Or manually type ctrl-h which doesn't take your fingers from the
home keys :-).
