Vi not recognizing terminal type

It's been quite a while since I did anything on SunOS, but if I remember
correctly, vi probably uses /etc/termcap while FilePro uses this plus its
own version of termcap.

Instead of giving money to found colleges to promote learning, why don't
they pass a constitutional amendment prohibiting anybody from learning
