rebuild all indexes on all qualifiers

i know how howie.

each filepro file has a file called qualify.
build a non-filepro file on one of those files
field 1 will be the name of each qualifier.

in make a process, call it rebuild or whatever

then:  system "dxmaint quotes -m" < 1 < "-ra -e -h" < 1

or to just rebuild index P
then: system "dxmaint quotes -r -oG -m" < 1 < " -e -h" < 1

or you can copy an index to all the qualifiers
system "copy -vrom /u/global/appl/filepro/quotes/index.G 
/u/global/appl/filepro/quotes/index"{1{".G"
