rebuild all indexes on all qualifiers

Since you usually work in Windows (I think..) I can't send you a quick Unix
script to do this. However, why not write it in filePro? Get the qualifiers
using a "key" mask with opendir/nexdir, then concoct a system call to build
all indexes for that qual with -ra. You would just have to use the standard
dxmaint command with the -m flag, right ??
