WOW,  and thats a BIG IF you used  HTML you would have both properties, but 
then you could have noted that his help/response  was a different color/font  
..  amazing stuff that  HTML   hahahahaha

Can you please change your Outlook's options from Microsoft's
broken default (which prevents anyone from knowing what is being
quoted and what is the new text, unless you commit the sin of
top-posting), to the universally-accepted method of prefixing
"> " to each line?  (Google for "outlook message quoting".)

Without it, there is zero distinction between the original
question, and your reply, and readers need to guess which part
is your answer.

(You should probably also turn off HTML posting, as there are
many people who will simply discard such e-mail without ever
opening it.)
