	Yes .. That is correct.

	The Extra Line is the one that was blank, but instead of where
CA is on the report, It's
	was on the bottom to fill the report to the # of line per page.
(41 in this case)

	I changed the report to be 41 lines period, instead of 40 or 41.
Works fine now.
