I wouldn't have expected anything to work on FreeBSD 5.1 since that was a pure 
testing environment.

On the other hand FreeBSD 6.0 from everything I have seen is going to be the 
cat's meow. Tons of fixes have been poured into the codebase that have been 
around since day one has been fixed in no small part from Apple OSX engineering.

I wonder out loud if fpTech using 2.95.4 GCC is a problem for systems that have 
the rest of the OS compiled with GCC 3.X or if they have even tested ICC.
