| I JUST UPGRADED TO WINDOWS XP AND AM TRYING TO GET MY FP WINDOWS TO PRINT
| ON A HP 4L LASTER WHICH IS CONECTED VIA A USB TO PARALLEL PORT .
|
| I CAN GET FP TO PRINT TO A FILE, BUT I AM TRYING TO PRINT CHECKS AND WHEN
| IT GOES TO THE FILE THE OLD OUTPUT FILE CONTAINS EXTRANEOUS DATA.

PLEASE DON'T SHOUT! Unlock your CAPS keys, SHOUTING hurts my eyes!

Upgraded from what?

Why don't you print to the printer directly instead via to a file?

How should we possibly guess what the "extraneous data" might be?

If you reprint the same stuff to the same file, what then?

IOW: more data, please.
