In standard ftp you have to specify the marker point - at least in
my man pages.

However   'reget' instead of 'get' does the same thing
automagically.

get from various places?  When you say 'filling in a zero'd file'
do you mean a file of zero-length - or a file that is pre-created
and filled with zeroes.

I ask that because zeroing a file is not the same as making
a file zero-length.  

We need to 'dis' ambiguity.
