How the hell else did you think it could do restarts on failed downloads?
:)  Apparently you don't do that very often, if at all.  I use GetRight all
the time, and it does segmented downloads, starting at various points and
filling in a zero'd file at each segment.

Yeah, you can do this quite easily.
