Printing nightmare

The following comments are my own and have absolutely nothing to do with 
the filePro company and are not meant to be facetious or offensive.  I 
am merely tired of the problems caused by Windows, etc. that have to be 
solved as "filePro problems".

Printers and Faxes is Windows, not filePro. 
Dumb questions:
Did you install the 1440 printer in Windows?
Did you name it the same as was your 1200. 
If not, did you change the printer set up in filePro?

Windows '95 goes with filePro  4.5.  filePro 5.0 goes with Windows XP.

You upgraded Windows or bought a new cpu and printer, why not upgrade 
filePro? 
filePro 5.0 with XP makes network printing from filePro much smoother.
