It's so old, that I think it was used on an episode of "All in the Family".
(Of course, Archie couldn't come up with the answer.)

Then there was also the case of standing up against a wall (facing it),
taking a step back, placing a chair in front of you, lean forward so that
your head is touching the wall, and picking up the chair.  Then, try to
stand up straight without moving your feet.  (Most women can do this.
Most men cannot.)
