Bill,

It is nice to see a person of the male persuasion point out a gender 
bias comment.

That reminds me of a joke or at least a puzzle, A boy and his father are 
in a car crash and when they are brought into emergency room and the 
doctor said "I can not treat this patient, This patient is my son." How 
can that be true?

(I am sure all know the doctor is his mother, but when this was first 
circulating, it caused many to say there was no answer.  It never 
occurred to them that a doctor could be a woman.  Much has changed.
