Thank you all. The problem was that I had some thing on line 4 in FPPATH.
Probably an old site password setting. I removed it and Now it seems to be
working fine.

Subject: Processing Password Questions

Using FP 5.0.14 on XP single user. I have no passwords set and I don't want
any. It seems that if I break out of a process using the "X" in the upper
right corner, and if I have debug on set in the process, I will build a
processing password, which I don't want. To get rid of it I have to open the
process in Word and remove it.

The question is what is setting the password and how can I eliminate it
forever?
Thanks
Gary

The simple answer, but one you are probably mot looking for, is DON'T SHUT
DOWN FP using the X button. When you do this, fp is not exited properly.
Windows has no idea of how to close fp properly and your processing table is
closed in an unnatural state. If you want to exit fp, close it properly.

If you need to debug a process and it may "run away" while debugging, make a
copy of the processing table before you debug it, or select just a few
records to test on.
