Easy to tell--does rdsmtp.iglou.com (or any of the IgLou mail servers) show
up in the Received headers?  If not, then the RBL headers are coming from
elsewhere.

A lot of that goes away if you procmail on the server side.

I'm surprised.  Hmmm.  Maybe everyone's just getting more robust filters,
but maybe--just maybe--the level's actually dropping some.

Fooling the beysian filters is apparently fairly trivial based on messages
I've seen get past them.  If you do enough things right to offset the
negative things, you can sneak things through.
