Dropping sp4m volume?

We saw the same thing. The numbers went down drastically more than 8 months
ago. It has started to creep up. Our provider said that AOL had closed up
some gaps and that was the reason for the reduction.
It has been increasing very slowly. Not noththing we can't handle as opposed
to the thousands we would get before.
