We DO do customer support...
Try running Print Wizard with a "/debug" command line parameter. This will
cause it to give you some information about what it is doing.
My best guess is that the data contains escape codes, which will cause PW
to go into "spooler mode", where it is completely transparent. Then if the
escape codes aren't correct for the printer, you'll have problems.
Print Wizard works well when you send it plain text. It will auto-fit the
data to the page.
Print Wizard works BEST when you send it Print Wizard Markup Language
(PWML), which allows you to control all kinds of things about its output,
using the Windows printer driver.
But embedded escape characters will disable both those modes.
