I was playing with my gmail account to reply, and discovered:
1 - They do not have a "reply to list" option. There is "reply",
which would have gone only to Anthony, and "reply all", which
went to Anthony and cc'ed to the list.
2 - They do not have any quoting options that I can see. The only
"quoting" mechanism is to place the the original message after
a "--- original message ---" line, with no quoting markers.
