OT: MENU EDIT II Upgrade to v1.1.2

I tried to send the MENU EDIT II Upgrade to v1.1.2 to all
licensed ME2 users, but had no email addresses, or a bad
email address, or may have encountered email problems of
some sort for these people:

  Wayne Auschutz
  Sam Cook
  Dawn Dudley
  Kelvie Harp
  Richard Kreiss
  Daryl Northfield
  Mike Rathburn

I think one email failed because the recipient's system
didn't like email with a gzipped attachment.

If you are a licensed user of MENU EDIT II and did not get
the ME2 Upgrade, please email me.
