We were discussing using both in CGI contexts.  Apparently the same tasks
ran significantly faster in *report.  I doubt 'time' was used, although the
testing would have been done locally on the LAN.

*shrug*  I just know what I was told.  But I've heard same in the same
context from at least one other person.
