Such a high-tech solution for a low-tech problem.
Letting one person in at a time works well for turnstiles. If you
don't want to use the pivoted three bar type you could go for the
comb type. And the solution for going out is to have one
entrance and another for exit.

That becomes a matter for the law to handle. That fall under
violent crime and not security.
