Didn't Frank Zappa say something related to that when testifying before
congress about rating albums? If I remember correctly, Tipper Gore was
going on about how important it was to rate albums, and Zappa said
something to the effect that when the cover art is a picture of somebody on
a table with a buzz saw going for their crotch that record wasn't for
little Johnny.
