Have you considered formally following up? Perhaps even with a phone call?
A client of mine has fPCGI, and there was a -serious- security hole. It
took a month plus to resolve because of -how- they wanted to resolve it
(and why...which reasons I respect), but it -was- resolved, and once I got
in direct contact with them, I was actually kept in the loop until it was
resolved.
