Correct in your configuration.  As long as all of the 
workstations map a drive (preferrably the same one) to
the server and ponit to that license file, you will be 
fine.

Not sure, but if memory serves, I believe the workstation
install will just create icons for you (e.g., no executables
copied to the workstation).
