new fp install - part 2

I was able to find the readme_first pdf file buried deep in my install files 
for 5.0.13.  I only have 2 quick questions.

Install is on a Windows 2000Pro network with 15 users all Win 2000 or Win NT 
workstations.

1.  By the questions asked during the install about the location of the 
license, it appears to me that the license need only be installed on the 
server.  Is this correct?

2.  I noticed a workstation install on during the full dev install.  What 
exactly does that install? Only *clear, *report, etc.?  Also I did not see 
this question during the runtime install.  Did I just miss it?
