A long time ago. Then someone (Jerry, I think) mailed me and told me it
was the incorrect address for filePro support, and said he'd forwarded it
to fpsupport at fileproplus.com, and I should use that in future.
Okay, an alias that people don't complain about being used. :)
Maybe I should just drop it. If I go much further, I'll suggest what I
would do (which I -do- do), and then I'll get accused of griping that
someone doesn't do things My Way[tm]. That's not the case.
The simple fact is, the relative industry standard is support@, and nobody
generally tells you to take it elsewhere when you use such at 99.9% of
other places I've dealt with, unless it's a -very- specific department
change, like escalations@ or dns@ or something of the like.
