I don't know. I am admittedly a bit biased, since I've been a Unix guy
for 20 years.
I suspect no, it wouldn't be any harder, these days, and given YaST,
probably easier. There are probably *lots* more books on Linux than
2K3, too.
And you'd still be running native Netware. Just over a different
kernel. Or so I understand.
I tend to think it depends on the skillsets of your current employees,
really. Win2K3 is pretty twisty, or such has been my experience.

I changed the subject title to more accurately reflect the direction of
my questions.<br>

Since I only use Filepro as a fileserver and print server, can I use a
Linux server running Samba instead? With this Filepro is still running
natively on the local windows machines and sees the files on a drive on
the network just like normal.<br>

Will this work? <br>

If it does then it also gives me a chance to get my feet wet with Linux
without having to worry about porting all my applications over to it.<br>
