sure it got mentioned here... it was on the beta test list though... FP Tech
*has* already found someone to replace Sue. (Well, as much as that is possible,
because Sue was very good in her job.) However, the new lady to take her place
is Ron Krach'ts wife, Janis. They couldn't have picked anyone better. She is
very savvy in all things computer, and has run a host of communications based
lists and bulletin boards, etc. She is absolutely a fantastic person and is
already handling her new responsibilities in stellar fashion. For one thing, she
uses email as we all do, with great utility and responsiveness. She cares
whether your issue is resolved or not, and well, she *answers* questions about
licensing, new sales, orders, accounts, etc. (Not that Sue didn't, but well,
you'll see what I mean as you communicate with FP Tech on these matters.)
When you order your new 5.6 products, you will be dealing with a really
nice person, and a really wonderfully, accomplished and computer literate
soul. I've met Janis at a couple of the filePro Conferences, and it is
just so great that she is now in charge of some of the nitty gritty. You'll see
what I mean as things progress and you have cause to work with
her.</STRONG></FONT></SPAN></DIV>

thanks to Sue... she was great. But, welcome to Janis who is already taking the
position and company PR to new heights. The person that interfaces with the
community (especially a mostly electronic, cyber community like ours), is
critically important, and FP Tech has made the perfect choice here.
