Lauren Brody helped me resolve this. I had a mismatch in the size of
the fields between the two files. Correcting for the size of the field
resolved the problem.<br>

Since you are using the "-e" flag (generate an error if the lookup
fails), are you aren't getting any error, then it must have found a
record.
