We actually have that and use it regularly (though I never knew who
made it, it was here before me - thank you, it's a great program!).
But I couldn't clear the lock using that for some reason. Would it be
possible to display what type of lock they have (partial read lock,
full read lock, etc) on the specific file?<br>

You can use my showlock utility (with Bob Stockler's wrapped if you
wish) to show who has system-level locks on a file.
