Strange problem I cannot diagnose. Looking for help.

At this site we connect several Windows XP PCs to our Unix box using AnzioWin (or Anzio Lite) making a TCP Telnet connection We mostly use Wyse 60 emulation and run Filepro apps exclusively. All the PCs work fine except one.

On the one offending PC, a connection is made, login is allowed, MOST keystrokes work fine... but not ALL. There is a certain menu selection combination that will cause the Anzio connection to lock up allowing no further key strokes. The login used on this PC calls Facetterm to provide multiple screens on the PC. I thought perhaps that was the problem, but actually, even loggin in as root and doing something as simple as editing (using vi) a text file it is still possible to produce keystroke combinations that will cause the connection to lockup.

I have tried this PC connected to a different port on the network... still locks; I've tried the same keystroke combinations on OTHER PCs and NO lockup. My intuition tells me it is some sort of conflict between Anzio and some Windows setting on this PC, but I haven't a clue where to begin to look.

I tried logging in on this PC using Hyperterminal and it does NOT lock up... so again, it appears the conflict is between Anzio and Windows. (Please don't say the answer is to therefore use Hyperterminal... it is too limited for my application).

Any ideas as to how to diagnose this problem? TIA.
