<DIV>Problem Customer is reporting that from time to time print jobs
fail to print. These are sales orders. I use the "FORM" command to print the
Sales Order. I can find no pattern to the missing print jobs but it appears to
happen during high volume periods or when jobs are sent to the printers from
another workstation.</DIV>
