Is that not what Mark's CGI does?
Every website I ever integrated with filePro used
1.
HTML/JS for web UI/UX
2.
PHP for data mapping/conversion
3.
FilePro processing table off a phpControl file that fetches/pushes data back to PHP and/or updates filePro tables
Sometimes, to help data retrieval to be a bit faster, I mirrored the filePro table(s) in MySQL and render data from MySQL instead of fetching from filePro every time some data is needed.
I would reach out Mark Luljack, I think he has an out of the box solution and it is Perl based.

Subject: Perl cgi script examples with fPweb
I am looking for perl script examples that others may have created when
using Howie's fpWeb method for websites with filePro on *nix. I need to
replace some Old shell scripts on a new RHEL server to be in compliance
with SELinux. Looking to save some time...
Anyone have something like this?
