windows email from filepro

Hello Richard, I happen to be researching that EXACT thing yesterday.

Bob Repko pointed me to mailsend.exe

see: https://github.com/muquit/mailsend?

I am waiting for the customer to get me smtp info so I can work on it on
their system, but testing in-house, able to send email with attachment from
command line, and can build said command line from filepro processing and
execute as a system call. Probably could dump it into a .bat on the fly
as well and execute that, but sometimes windows gives warnings on those...

There are ways to do it with powershell, printwizard, etc, but the above
seemed the simplest drop-in for what you asked.
