Donna,

Please accept and share our most sincere condolences and precious thoughts with family and others who also loved you brother.

John was a character, not that he was odd, but because he had character in the proper sense of that word. He had a strong personality such that we always knew when John was present. He was humble and bigger than life at the same time. He loved to teach which is to say that he loved to share, whether computer coding, movies, or music. We were all the beneficiaries of his knowledge and his passion. 

I hope that you have received copies of the outpouring of emotional responses posted on this list. If not, know that they are many and affectionate with great gratitude and respect.

May God grant you the comfort of good friends and wonderful memories amidst the inevitable pain of your loss.
