Form to PDF

Is there a quick and dirty way (or clean way) to get a form pushed as 
PDF outside of using FPML?

I personally do not see using FPML as a benefit because time wise, I can 
write code to push PDF documents fairly quick in an environment I am 
well acquainted with and every time I hear a customer ask "how long?" I 
can see her trying to figure out cost and thinking what the typical 
filePro developer answer is: 5 minutes ...

I respect the customer being frugal and protecting the bottom line so, 
if I feel that I can shorten the time doing what I know best, I would 
but; if there is something for me to learn here and realize that it is 
just as fast or faster in filePro, that would be nice.
