Googlemap & filePro - Using hyperlink

I am about to start writing some PHP script to serve as a SaaS to 
capture filePro calls to URI and render google map based on given criteria.

I use google map for my trucking application (tracking) but this is a 
web based environment.

Now, what I figure I'll need to do here is system() out, open browser 
with URI and I should be good to go.

I would like to set a hyperlink on screen in lieu of using @key to 
trigger process - How does one get a hyperlink on screen?  Is it 
possible with WIN 6.1 (not fpCGI)?
