David, I had this requirement in my logistics app several years ago, and the way I found to implement it at that time was through PHPTrueType , and using TrueType barcode fonts.   Some example output can be seen at http://dispatch.vcgrc.com/ezagent/barcode/font.php?text=*ABC-123*&style=bc3of9 .   This sample image can be embedded in any HTML output.  I can provide some additional detail if your application would allow for HTML output, rather than direct from dreport.

Guys and Gals,

I'm looking for a way to print barcodes using a laser printer.
Mainly UPC but other barcodes would also be nice.

Basically, I want to print scanable Pick Tickets, etc.

I have found some printers that use a USB stick but I wouldn't want to
use that in a warehouse printer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
