Parsing Docusign PDF Documents

Jose,

If you'll send me a sample PDF file off-list, I'll analyze it and tell you 
what Docusign is doing to it.

It sounds like you are trying to extract clear text from it, is that 
right? Have you tried printing it using Adobe Reader (or whatever) to a 
Windows  Generic/Text only printer driver, to File?
