OT: Way off topic actually ... eMail attachment drag & drop

Found this https://tonyfederer.github.io/OutlookFileDrag/

Installed, restarted but still not accepting the dropped documents from 
Outlook - Cannot find info on need to do something other than simply 
installing the application.

Are any of you doing something similar, if so, what are you using?
