I would simply be hosed. Do not ask me what my SO of 12 years phone 
number is.

I can email her from memory though which these days is just about as 
immediate as anything else.

Problem is I would probably need to email from a stranger's address 
because I probably could not get my gmail password right without access 
to my password manager. Actually... all things google now make me 2fa 
using their own "yes it's me" thing that pops up on my phone. Without my 
phone to receive that notification, I wonder if it's even possible to 
log in even if I did have the password correctly memorized?

So now, you're her, and you get an email from an unknown address that 
says "Hey it's Brian, I lost my phone and I need...."
I didn't even need to train her how to handle emails like that, but on 
top of her own native wits, I have also reinforced that with training. 
If she actually even saw let alone answered that email I'd be very 
disappointed! haha
