Two additional windows useful right click menu un-lockers:

1) Unlocker 1.9.2 - https://m.majorgeeks.com/files/details/unlocker.html

2) Taking ownership of files or folders in Windows is not simple. Both the GUI and command line take too many steps. Add a simple right click context menu command that lets you take ownership of any file or folder:

The two programs give more information than task manager but are not meant for the general public.
