realloc() error while attempting to run a report

I removed index files to eliminate possible issues with them and 
nothing, still
have same problem.

Tried rreport and dreport, same problem ...

Weird is that I can IUA through every record and not see distorted data nor
process abend ...

fpTech responded - I am communicating with them ... If I end-up 
resolving this,
I will let the list know what we found.

For now, writing a PHP script to parse "map" and extract data from "key" 
based
on "map" definition.  The advantage of flat text  .... ;-)
