I see that Ken Cole and Nancy addressed this.  Just one point - the 
commands to resolve (i.e., 'chmod 4755' or 'chmod +s') engage the 
'setuid' bit, not the 'sticky' bit.  Introduced in Unix back in the 
70's, both of these have often been confused with one another.
