How to unlock prc tables.

One option can be alot of work if the file is not in Ascii is to open the
file in dclerk. Make sure you have a printer set for printing to file as
default. When at the record hit the ! B keys before update. Now you should
be in debug mode. Hit the P command which let's you set which lines to
print. Set 1 to end then exit. Open up the file in a text editor and you
will see the Ascii version. Now change all the lines to example
Label:if_statement:then_statement:
Then you will basically have a Ascii table that you load into another table.
This is why tok tables should be released and not prc table. Dclerk must be
used not Rclerk.
