end-of-field marker

It seems that this occurred years ago.
The bottom of the screen prompts are another location for a lack of a
symbol.
I chose < as a compromise. It's ASCII decimal 60. 174 may be another
consideration (<<).
In a script file (bat) it is Set PFEOF=60
In the configuration editor add or update an entry to PFEOF in the left
column and 60 or a decimal number of your choosing for the desired graphic.
